SIF aims at generate minimum of one hundred and fifty million naira { N150m } monthly for the protection and development of Igala nation. If we can generate minimum of N150m every month, then, each of the 9 local governments in Kogi East will earn nothing less than N16.6m monthly. And it means that in a year, no people of any ward in Kogi East will say SIF has not done any project in their area. This is because, we have 12 months in a year and if we have maximum of 12 wards in a local government in Kogi East.

The followings are the critical areas that SIF shall channel resources into.

1. SECURITY: There can be no development without security, hence, SIF will commit more funds to community policing system of Kogi East, to ensure that both local and foreign criminals are well tackled. This will include technological assistance like use of drones and other technical trainings, besides funds for acquisition of kits as well as monthly allowance.

2. WATER: As it said, water is life- SIF will be committed to providing portable water for every community in Igala land by digging boreholes for communities. Part of monthly allocation for each local government every month shall ensure that boreholes are provided every month for a community.

3. HEALTH: Health they say is wealth. SIF shall give attention to Primary health care facilities in all part of Igala land, to encourage health personnel to feel pleased to practice anywhere there is need of health attendant. SIF will also ensure that the salaries of those primary health workers are well considerable. SIF shall intervene in Health Crisis of Individuals in Igala/Bassa land who cannot pay their medical bills.

4. EDUCATION: Primary Education is key and SIF shall commit funds to providing materials for pupils, and partner with local education authority in providing conducive learning environments for primary and secondary schools. Igala language materials printing shall be sponsored by SIF for Igala language studies in primary and secondary schools. SIF shall put measures in place to identify outstanding students in Kogi East who shall receive scholarship to study in high institutions.

5. AGRICULTURE: SIF shall provide mechanical and Chemical assistance to farmers to ease farming stress in Igala/Bassa land. SIF shall also rent land to cultivate crops and by so doing, employ labourers in our land and generate money from farming for the foundation.

6. ACCESS ROADS: SIF shall commit funds to upgrading rural roads to ease the sufferings of our people who have to transport their farm produce to the town. It is so bad that there are some villages in our land that have no motorable roads, and it doesn't cost so much more than N2m to make such roads motorable. SIF shall commit funds to ensure that all our villages have motorable roads to their local government headquarters.

7. SPORTS.  SIF offices in all local governments of Kogi East shall take a tour around to search for talents to be developed by the foundation to encourage our youths to become international stars. SIF shall consider whatever may be the cost of sponsoring such young person to the Zenith of their goal.

8. SOLAR POWER: Power is critical to development- SIF shall consider providing solar power for communities to illuminate the environment at nights.
